Thanks for the elaborate work. Although I got somewhat lost in the middle and was left staggered -- I'm certainly convinced that scala should be enabled to work with higher-level types like haskell can. Just to be able to define abstract data types and evaluation on them separatly like was part of motivation of the haskell paper would be so useful...
